It took nearly two years since this client contact us until he purchased our weight. The disadvantage of international trade is that two parts are far away and the client cannot visit factory. Many customers will be entangled in the issue of trust.
In the past two years, we quoted price for them countless times, provided and introduced product information, consulted shipping costs, and patiently responded to customer questions. Finally, the customer decided to purchase a sample.
There is also a small episode in the sample transportation process, regarding the issue of tariffs. Although the problem is not solved perfectly, the final customer still gets a satisfactory product, and customer satisfaction is our motivation. Hearing his satisfactory compliment, I was very excited. And the customer immediately stated that they would continue to order our products. We have another loyal customer.
